EN13501-5 Building roof building material burning test machine ISO 12468-1
The preparation of the "Test Method for Fire Response of Roofs and Roof Cover Products" is mainly based on EN1 1187 t1 test method and ISO 12468-1. This method specifies three test methods under fire conditions. Method A corresponds to ENV 1187 t1 , Method B and Method C correspond to ISO 12468-1.

1. The structure of the test sample holder is made of metal square tube welding and angle steel;
2. The test angle of the test sample rack can be adjusted, and the pneumatic adjustment method is adopted. The user only needs to operate the button, which is convenient for the user;
3. The adjustable range of the test bracket angle is 0-50 degrees, which meets the test requirements for the maximum tilt height of the sample of 45 degrees in ISO 12468 Method A and ENV 1187 t1;
4. The air duct material is SUS304 stainless steel, the thickness is 2 mm, a fine honeycomb grille is installed in the upper air duct, and a thick honeycomb grille is provided at the exit;
5. The specifications of the fan are: the maximum wind speed of the fan is 250 cubic meters/min, and the power of the fan motor is 5.5KW;
6. Frequency converter adjustment device of fan: 3-phase 380V power 5.5KW;
7. The air duct adopts ball screw and servo motor drive mode, which can automatically adjust the angle;
8. The adjustable angle range of the air duct is 0-35 degrees, which meets the methods B and C of ISO 12468;
9. Equipped with 3 impeller anemometers with an accuracy of 0.1m/s;
10. The size of the radiation surface of the radiation panel is 600mmx600mm;
11. Ignition mode adopts spark ignition mode, and provides thermocouples to monitor the surface temperature state of the radiant panel. When the radiant panel is extinguished, the gas can be automatically cut off to avoid gas leakage in the absence of combustion;
12. Provide small stainless steel tube burners, which can be used for shavings burning test;
13. One set of wood crib fire gas burning device;
14. Provide 2 sets of video surveillance devices.
