MT914-2008 Conveyor Belt Roller Friction Test Machine_Rope Core Flame Retardant Belt Roller Friction Test Machine
It is mainly applied to the propane combustion performance test of the roadway of the whole core flame-retardant conveyor belt for coal mine fabrics. According to MT914-2008 "coal mine fabric with core fire-retardant conveyor belt" to test the propane combustion performance of roadway. A powerful exhaust system is used to start the exhaust fan system to discharge the exhaust gas through the activated carbon of the water curtain and discharge it to meet the national emission standards.
1 Laneway: It is composed of one chamber. The outer wall of the chamber is made of 25mm refractory material. Its entrance dimension is 460mmx460mm and its length is 1676mm. It is connected to a 300mm diameter exhaust pipe through a 1.5mm stainless steel conical connector.
2 exhaust hood: composed of 1.5mm thick stainless steel, placed directly above the test chamber, used to extract smoke from the outside of the furnace mouth during the test process;
3 Bracket: Used to hold a fixed conveyor belt sample. The specifications of the test bench are 1500 mm in length, 220 mm in width, and 160 mm in height. It consists of a steel rod with a diameter of 10 mm.
4 Benzane Burner: Composed of 6 Combustion Injectors with Spray Head tilted inward at an angle of 45°
5 Samples: ≥95% propane gas filling (user-supplied);
6 sample: flame retardant conveyor belt
7 Weighing device: weight of conveyor belt sample and cylinder before and after weighing test; 30kg/0.001kg
8 Anemometer: placed on the centerline 310mm from the chamber floor and 285mm from the chamber entrance;
9 Thermocouple: K type, outer diameter not greater than 3mm; wire diameter 0.5 mm, accuracy not lower than class II, measuring range 1300°C;
10 temperature control system: using computer control, thermocouple generated millivolt signal sent to the signal conditioning board, through the data acquisition card will be analog to digital signals, and then by computer software control and report output;
11 timer: resolution: 0.1S, error is less than 1s/h

It consists of four parts: the main control box, the blowing device, the combustion bracket, and the combustion torch.
Control box is removable.
Exhaust fan air purification: After the exhaust fan installs the exhaust duct, the air is allowed to pass through the tunnel and the flow rate of the wind is controlled by a control valve.
The rack material is made of high-quality 304 stainless steel square pass welding. The control box is made of (t=1.2mm) static steel plate, and the surface is spray-coated to make it more clean and beautiful.
Torch: SUS304 material, our company homemade.
- The control box adopts the relay control system.
- The temperature adopts imported intelligent P.I.D temperature controller (with the function of automatic calculation) and high precision PT100 thermocouple sensor and timer.
6.3 The equipment has the following safety protection devices: power overload, short circuit protection, control circuit overload protection, and ultra-high temperature protection.
