Compliance with the standard:
in line with GB5470-85, GB1682 test standards, applicable to the plastic impact embrittlement temperature measurement, with the impact of the impact cone sample, there is a failure probability of 50% when the temperature is brittle temperature.
The plastic impact embrittlement temperature measuring instrument adopts a cryogenic refrigerator combined with imported full-closed and electronic refrigeration to replace the traditional carbon dioxide dry ice coolant as a cooling method of the cold bath, and measures the material under the specified conditions when the specimen is damaged by the impact. The highest temperature, brittle temperature, can be used for the comparative evaluation of the performance of plastics and other elastic materials under low temperature conditions. It is also possible to determine the brittle temperature and low temperature properties of different rubber materials or different formulations of vulcanizates. Therefore, it is indispensable for quality inspection of scientific research materials and their products, and control of the production process.
Designed according to GB1682 national standards, the technical indicators meet the requirements of national standards such as HG 2-162-1965 low temperature impact compression test method for plastics and GB5470-2008 (equivalent to ISO974-80) impact embrittlement temperature test methods for plastics.
