Structure Features

• All structural components are made of stainless steel - aesthetically pleasing and corrosion resistant;
• The test flue lining is made of boards (calcium + silicate), 13 ± 1 mm thick, with a nominal density of 650 kg/m³;
• The test flue is positioned 900 mm above the centerline of the radiant panel;
• The radiant heat source is a gas-fired flat panel, placed vertically facing the specimen. The radiant panel produces a radiant energy flux between 10.9 kW/m² and 1.1 kW/m² and can reach 900 °C, with a safety shutdown function;
• US-imported heat flux meter with a measuring range of 20 kW/m²;
• The pilot burner tube has a diameter of 6 mm, located 15 mm from the front of the specimen and 50 mm above the centerline;
• The maximum temperature of the radiant panel reaches 900 °C;
• The specimen frame bars are made of timber 100 × 50;
• The auxiliary pilot burner tube has a diameter of 6 mm and an inner diameter of 4 mm, located 15 mm from the front of the specimen;
• Imported flow control valve precisely controls the propane flow rate at 0.026 ± 0.002 L/s;
• The specimen frame is moved by gear drive, which is firm and reliable, and the large handle is easy to operate.
