Thermal Insulation Determination Of Steady-State Thermal Resistance Testing Machine
1, Overview:
In order to meet the requirements of production technology and energy conservation and emission reduction, improve working conditions, enhance economic benefits, and ensure the quality of insulation engineering design, GB 50264-2013 is used to design pump equipment in accordance with the specifications.
This equipment is suitable for measuring the heat loss of insulation materials with external surface temperatures ranging from -196 ℃ to 850 ℃ in industrial equipment and pipelines.
Not applicable to equipment and pipelines with special requirements for nuclear energy, aviation, aerospace systems, as well as buildings, cold storage facilities, and buried pipelines.

GBT 10294-2008 Determination of steady-state thermal resistance and related characteristics of insulation materials - Protective hot plate method;
GB 50264-2013 Design Code for Thermal Insulation Engineering of Industrial Equipment and Pipelines.
3, Overall structure of the equipment:
The equipment is mainly composed of temperature control system, cylinder pressurization system, thickness measurement system, cooling system and other components.
3.1 Temperature Control System
Mainly composed of heating wires, iron plates, etc., heated by temperature instruments. The heating capacity of the temperature zone can reach a maximum heating temperature of 600 degrees Celsius
Temperature, long-term use at 500 degrees Celsius
A total of 12 temperature acquisition channels are equipped, among which the heating temperature channel is a temperature zone closed-loop control, with 5 temperature monitoring points set up. The remaining thermal protection plates are equipped with 2 temperature monitoring points and 5 temperature measurement points arranged on the cold surface.
3.2 Pressurization system
Mainly added by the cylinder, the required pressure value is achieved by fine-tuning the air pressure, and the current status is displayed in real-time in the control system.
3.3 Cooling System
Mainly composed of chillers, thermocouples, etc. The chiller cools the heating part of the equipment, and the thermocouple detects the bottom temperature. After the test is completed, when the bottom temperature is greater than 50 ℃, the system prompts "turn on the chiller" to quickly cool the hot plate.
