2. Overview: The steel structure fireproof coating test furnace is suitable for the fire resistance test of various steel structure fireproof coating samples used indoors and outdoors in buildings (structures), and is not suitable for samples with a length greater than 800cm. Using the WINDOWS 7 operation interface and the development software LabView, the interface style is fresh, beautiful and simple. The measurement results are displayed in real time during the test and the perfect curve is drawn dynamically, and the data can be permanently saved, retrieved and printed, and the report can be printed directly. It has the characteristics of highly intelligent, guided menu operation, simple and intuitive, and makes the test results more accurate.

Technical parameters:
1. Equipment composition: fire resistance test horizontal furnace, combustion control part, gas part and pressure reducing system, pressure release and pressure measurement system, flue gas emission system, sample test frame, gas flow system, temperature measurement system (furnace temperature data acquisition system, test component temperature acquisition system), smoke exhaust valve system and special test software. The 16-bit high-precision data acquisition module is used to collect the data of temperature, pressure, flow rate and other aspects of each channel, and the real information of combustion reproduced in real time is generated through microcomputer analysis, processing and control, and the results are directly obtained by microcomputer analysis and judgment. 6. Pressure release system:
