Furnace pressure control system:

The flue gas in the device is mechanically discharged by the fan through the bottom of the furnace, and the flue gas is discharged outside after being treated with air and polyester. The exhaust fan is controlled by the frequency converter to ensure that the furnace pressure is controlled within the standard range. A stable furnace pressure is a necessary condition to ensure the execution of the temperature curve. Three pressure measurement points are designed in the furnace, one of which is controlled and two are displayed.

 

Kiln combustion system:

- Gas safety system (connected from pipeline natural gas or liquefied petroleum gas to kiln gas safety control system)
