Medical Face Masks Tester overview:
The mask gas exchange pressure difference tester (gas exchange pressure difference tester) is based on the test principle of the standard YY0469-2011 "Technical Requirements for Medical Surgical Masks". The test item is equipped with a special tooling device to achieve the test tightness of the product. It is mainly applicable to the measurement of the gas exchange pressure difference of medical surgical masks / mask woven fabrics. It can also be used to determine the gas exchange pressure difference of other textile materials.

Test principle:
- The vacuum pump is used to realize the power source of the test product;Use tooling fixture to achieve internal and external pressure measurement of the product, built-in differential pressure sensor;The case is in the form of an all-in-one machine with a built-in vacuum pump and digital display meter to achieve automatic pressure detection and automatic display;Equipped with a special tooling fixture, which is convenient for clamping and testing products;
- A device which measures the differential pressure required to draw air through a measured surface area at a constant air flow rate is used to measure the air exchange pressure of the medical face mask material, as show in Figure C.1. A water-filled (or digital) differential manometer is used to measure the differential pressure. A mass flow meter is used for measurement of the airflow. An electric vacuum pump draws air through the test apparatus and a needle valve is used to adjust the airflow rate.
