IEC60754‐1 Halogen Acid Gas Release Measurement Tester for Cable
Meets the standards:
It conforms to the standards of GB/T17650.1-1998, GB/T17650.2-1998 and IEC60754‐1:1994, IEC60754‐2:1991; it also satisfies the GB/T19666‐2005 “General Rules for Flame Retardant and Fire-resistant Wire and Cable”. Table 6 regulations and GA306.1-2007 Section 6.3.4, GA306.2-2007 Section 6.3.4, UL2556-2007 Sections 9.10 and 9.11 requirements.
Scope of application:
It is applicable to the determination of the total amount of halogen acid gas in low-halogen and halogen-free flame-retardant cables and the determination of the acidity of gases by measuring PH value and conductivity.
Equipment composition:
First, tube furnace: The effective length of the heating chamber and the diameter of 600 × ф 42mm, equipped with an adjustable electrical heating system. Heating power: 220V /10KW
Second, the combustion tube:
1, material: refractory tube made of silica, corrosion-resistant gas.
2. Specification: The inner diameter is 40mm, the length extending from the inlet side of the tube furnace is 60~200mm, and the length extending from the outlet side is 60~100mm, leaving a space for thermal expansion.
Third, the burning boat:
1, Material: fused quartz tube.
2, specifications: length 100mm, width 25mm, depth 10mm.
3, the combustion boat into the way: the use of bar magnets and platinum wire stroke method.
Fourth, the gas collection: the use of two bottles: one with a magnetic stirrer, and holds 220mL of sodium hydroxide solution.
V. Gas Supply System:
1,Air flow meter: 20mL~200mL adjustable

Sixth, sampling: 500mg~1000mg
Seven, the determination of halogen acid content:
1. Analytical balance: the accuracy is 0.1mg
