Usage:
Take out the discharge rod and straighten the telescopic rod, insert the other end of the grounding clip into the metal probe socket of the discharge rod, and then clamp the grounding clip onto the instrument grounding terminal A or B. Hold the insulated handle as far away as possible from the instrument casing, stand, slightly bend forward, open the glass door of the test box, and use the metal probe to contact the high-voltage transformer output equalization ball, sample electrode, and capacitor high-voltage end one by one. (If necessary, after the discharge is completed, use a multimeter in AC voltage range (AC20V range) to test if the voltage between the electrode and the human body is less than 36V, indicating that the residual voltage has been discharged completely.)
