Introduction:
HDI current withstand test system hsb-hct-1, high density interconnects - high density interconnection technology HDI, HDI board refers to the circuit board produced through high-density micro wiring and micro through hole technology. It is a relatively new technology developed by the PCB industry at the end of the 20th century. Compared with the traditional PCB, using laser drilling technology (also known as laser board), the drilling hole is smaller and the line is narrower, The pad is greatly reduced, and more circuit distribution can be obtained in all unit areas. Therefore, the emergence of HDI technology adapts to and promotes the development of PCB industry, and has higher requirements for PCB manufacturing and testing.
1. HDI board structure unit chain
2. Structural unit chain design
3. Test sample
4. Test principle:
The HDI test board is connected with a certain DC current according to Joule's law
Joule's Law: q = I2 * r * t
Q is heat
I is the current
R is the resistance
T is time
The PCB temperature rise and heat Q are in positive proportion. The PCB temperature will rise to the preset temperature and remain for a certain time. If the PCB is not broken or open, it is determined that the test is OK.
5. Equipment specification:
(1) Precision programmable power supply 0-80v, 0-13.5a, 360W, USB communication interface
(2) K-type thermocouple, multi-channel temperature recorder, RS232 interface
(3) Industrial computer Advantech 610l, 19 inch display
