1.TPP Test Device Product introduction:

The TPP Thermal Protective Performance tester is used to measure the insulation performance of flame-resistant protective clothing fabrics exposed to radiant heat sources and convective heat sources. It is used to test the thermal protection performance of protective clothing, safety shoes, gloves, helmets and other outer surfaces. By using the TPP Thermal Protective Performance tester, it is possible to determine if the insulation performance of these items meets the relevant standard requirements.

3. TPP Test Device Technical specifications:

1). Including the sample holder assembly, the bracket for the sample holder assembly, heat source, protective cover, sensor assembly, recorder, and gasket, it should also have air conditioning

2). Two Meker burners placed at 45 degrees, paired with 9 quartz tubes to provide standard convective heat sources;
3). Nine T150 quartz infrared tube arrays can provide heat with a radiant flux of 13-40 kW/m2 ± 4 kW/m2;
4). Under the thermal radiation of quartz infrared tubes, the total heat flux can be set to 83kW/m2 ± 2 kW/m2 by adjusting the gas supply to the Meker burner;
5). The calibrated heat flow meter is of water-cooled type, with a working range of 0-100KW/m2 and a maximum usage range of 150%;
6). Equipped with a computer and printer, equipped with standard testing software, providing standard testing curves (professional software testing packages: first level and second level burn curves).
